Beyond Facts: Empowering First-Gen Success through Behavioral Finance and Gen AI

Thank you for your interest in the Virginia First Generation Symposium. It was a privilege to connect with such a dedicated group, and we feel incredibly fortunate for the opportunity to support and empower the First Gen community. Our mission is to transform personal finance from simple information acquisition into a powerful engine for Personal Sovereignty. We believe that by building true agency, we can help students lead the lives they truly want to live.  

The Personal Finance Reimagined (PFR) program is built on over 20 years of research and a technology platform backed by two US patents. Rather than overwhelming students with financial facts, we provide a "Decision-FIRST" pathway that focuses on establishing a consistent, repeatable decision-making process. Whether through our 3-credit hour college curriculum road-tested at JMU or our supplemental programs for middle and high schools, we use long-term simulations to help students "practice getting rich" and develop the behavioral habits necessary for lifelong wealth creation.
